How to turn off pop up window with full web address that appears on top tab?

When the cursor is on the tab, a small window with the full web address appears.

Can you make a screenshot of this pop-up, so that it's clear what would you like to disable?

I use regular Opera Browser.

I am unable to take a screenshot, as the window disappear when print scr is active.
But here is the photo taken by phone.
I turned off emojis that appeared in the tooltip, but I can't find how to turn it off completely.
I copy a lot of addresses while working so this makes my job slower.

@chilly16 I get the same thing whenever i try to type text in a form or textarea. It is totaly in the way and the annoying.
And why is it necessary I know what page I'm on I don't need to show me the address and be right in the way how stupid. If it can't be turned off I'll be done with Opera.
Sick of Technology doing things like that
