How to turn off pop up window with full web address that appears on top tab?

When the cursor is on the tab, a small window with the full web address appears.

I use regular Opera Browser.

I am unable to take a screenshot, as the window disappear when print scr is active.
But here is the photo taken by phone.
I turned off emojis that appeared in the tooltip, but I can't find how to turn it off completely.
I copy a lot of addresses while working so this makes my job slower.
