Clicking on the last tab will move out from the island

Starting with version 128.0.5807.25, if you have a tab island, and click on the last tab from the island, will automatically get out that tab from the island. Just try and see.

Thank you for testing this. The root cause is that if you have more than 5-6 tabs into an island, when you click on tabs from the ending (last 3-4), the tab is moving left and right for very short period of time. Now, if you test this on the last island, on the last tab from this tab, you'll get out that last tab from the island. It's easy to reproduce. -

So, I reproduced this bug into a video, right here: https://1drv.ms/v/c/dedcb6ef190b8fd4/IQCTOSZdQrrDQI81ej8W7p3bAWFexX1kQwtq4CBTBMqObQw?e=RIPBjp
Please notice how tabs mare moving left and right when I click on them, as result, if you click on the last one, will be moved out from the island.

The funny thing is that if you experience this bug (to move out the last tab from an island with more than 5 tabs), you'll see this bug too: https://forums.opera.com/topic/86983/new-island-tab-button-is-not-dissapearing

I've been having the same problem too. From what I've seen, if you click between the tabs with your cursor above the tab (the cursor is at the very top of the window), this issue/bug doesn't occur at all. Also, when clicking normally between the last tab and any other tabs in the island, the issue only occurs if there are 7 or more tabs in the island (when no other tabs or islands are in the workspace). When there are 7 tabs in the island and 1 outside, the issue only occurs once. So if there are 6 tabs in the island, and 2 tabs outside the island, the issue does not occur.
Hopefully some of this is helpful

@chachaayy Thank you for testing this bug. Yes, indeed, only if you have more than 5 tabs in an island the bug is present.
@krteq Yes, this bug is visible on non-island tabs, if you have several numbers of tabs, its a bug easily to reproduce.
One shot, two ducks: if you reproduce this bug on an island, when you click on the last tab, you will reproduce this bug too: https://forums.opera.com/topic/86983/new-island-tab-button-is-not-dissapearing/10

Hi, yes, I updated my Opera browser to 129, and this buggy bug has disappeared, but the tabs are still under construction: this bug is un-resolved:https://forums.opera.com/topic/86983/new-island-tab-button-is-not-dissapearing
And sometimes, some tabs remains selected ... I don't know why ... I wonder if I should raise another post here ...

From what I understand, you are facing this problem since version 123.
And you made a pretty detailed reproduction in this thread:
https://forums.opera.com/topic/86983/new-island-tab-button-is-not-dissapearingDo I understand this correctly?

Yes, correct, this bug is pretty old (since version 123, now I see this bug on version 129).
