        i installed Opera Beta for testing the new features. Current Opera Beta is 95.0.4982.87272.
        I went through the Opera Beta settings and I dont see any new search bar, search selection/area or new buttons there (see my screenshot).

        But since you have these new entries in the searchbar there is a question for me Did Opera remove these in the latest Betas? Or do I miss something while setting up? Or maybe you missed the setting to disable/remove these new buttons or search selection?
        Would you please check up your Opera settings again or install Opera Beta for testing.
        Thank you all!

            @leocg ah ok, they have a new beta already, have to upgrade. Did you try it to see the bar/buttons there?

                @leocg do you mean in the current beta 96.0.5005 so you tried it? And nothing changed is related to that you still have the new buttons and search section as in the stabile version? Or you dont have it?

                  @cska133 When I click on address bar, it shows me a bar where I can choose the search engine and the Ask AI button.

                        @leocg i got more confused.
                        I upgraded to the current Beta version 96.0.5010. But still i dont see any new item on the search bar. It still looks exactely how it looks on my older Opera stable version 91 - no new search selection, no new search button, no AI button, absolutely nothing...See screenshots

                        While searching...

                        Screenshot_20260224-214638_Opera beta.jpg

                        Only new is Opera logo and weather widget on the Opera start page (where the speed dials, news etc are) BUT these can be disabled in the settings, there is a toggle there. Next to the speed dials there was/is also a speed dial button "ask AI", but 1. this speed dial can be removed from the start page and 2. "Ask AI" leeds to the settings, where Ask KI option can be turned off.

                        So, dont know why you all here have such items in the search bar.
                        @leocfg sorry to bother you again , could you please check Opera for you and clarify (btw, i still can not understand are you using the beta or stable version, or have you installed/tested the beta version?)
                        Thank you

                          @cska133 Maybe it depends on the device.
