Goto the URL
opera://settings/privacyand disable the 2 promotional options.Goto the URL
opera://settings/privacy/consentFlowand disable all 4 options.Goto the URL
opera://settings/enhancedAddressBarand disable promoted suggestions.Goto the URL
opera://settings/startPageand disable "Continue on". Also, hide any sections on the start page you don't like.Goto the URL
opera://settings/cashbackand disable Cashback.Then, restart Opera.
For anything else, like if you see an ad banner on the start page, there should be an X near the top right of it that you can click and choose "Don't show again".

@kupoglu If you're ever going to make a new install of Opera on Windows you can also disable a lot of these options during the process of installation. This holds true of Windows and Android alike. Just click on "options".
