What are the advantages and disadvantages of having same block list in different adblockers?

Is there any advantage to having the same block list in both uBO and Opera Ad Blocker? Any disadvantage?

@t1019 I think the best thing is to use just one adblocker.

@t1019 Performance disadvantage - and need for double action if you wan't to disable adblocker for some sites.
I personally keep AdBlock only to easily cut off annoying parts of pages, no block lists used there. Opera internal ad-blocker is likely faster too (although I don't have any metric).
