Request for Assistance with Passphrase Reset and Data Recovery

I request assistance regarding my Opera account. I am currently unable to access my account due to a forgotten passphrase. While I am aware that there is a passphrase reset option, I am concerned that resetting the passphrase will result in the deletion of all data stored in my Opera cloud sync (bookmarks, passwords, settings, etc.). Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the device where my passwords and other data were stored locally.
Here is a summary of my situation:
I have forgotten my Opera account passphrase.
I have data that was synced to my Opera account, which I would like to recover (including saved passwords, bookmarks, and other synced settings).
I do not have access to the device where this data was stored locally.
I understand that resetting the passphrase will delete cloud data, but I am hoping there might be a way to recover my synced data or access my account without losing everything. If possible, I would appreciate any alternative solutions that might allow me to:
Recover my synced data (or restore it from backup, if available).
Regain access to my account without needing to reset the passphrase and lose my data.
If any additional verification or information is required, I am happy to provide it to help facilitate this process.

@itsmenikhil You forgot your passphrase, your password or both?

@leocg I reset my password and got access to the account. I forgot my passphrase so I can't access the encrypted stuff like my passwords and preferences.

@itsmenikhil If only those two are encrypted, you need to provide your old Opera account password when asked so that data can be decrypted and used.
If you don't remember the old password, you need to reset your passphrase so that synced data will be removed and you can start syncing again.
