Is anyone else's quotes not working?

I saw a youtuber introduce Opera Air to me and she said there was inspirational quotes at the bottom. I immediately went to download it but when it first opened, I saw no quotes.

@leocg Yes, I went through the whole installation process but when I first opened Opera Air, it didn't show me any quotes.

@leocg Nope, I tried changing it to different wallpapers but it didn't show the quotes regardless.
