Where in the sidebar setup is the boost feature

I've been looking for it for awhile and I can't find it.

Boost icon is the first from the top, you don't see it in your Opera Air sidebar?

What do you see between Workspace/Context and Aria sections?

@leocg I found it opera was just being weird
