Let us remove the "silly cat" shortcut

This should be at least an option that we could edit because now it's just annoying to use OBS recorder as I got a shortcut there that is exactly the same one that the silly cats use, so please make it an option that we can at least edit to another shortcut or directly turn off the option

@sgunhouse if you press alt+shift+c a cat website automatically opens in the browser making it impossible to use this shortcut for anything else other than opening a silly cat website
