Can't connect to Adobe.com

I just tried getting to Adobe's website (https://www.adobe.com/home). It displays a very small part of the website (really only frames) and then hangs up.

I disabled a couple of add-ons with no change in results.

Just to be sure it's not an extension, how do I launch Opera Air in Safe Mode?

@daw-kc Same way you do in other browsers, right click on the shortcut > New Private Window

So it IS an extension. I just need to figure out which one now. Adobe launches fine in a private window. I'll go through them one by one and figure it out from here.
