I always visit the forums via the "All discussions" page URL. That way I can see every discussion that's going on since my last visit by checking the list from the last unread thread and up (it includes all languages though).

I wanted say that this procedure is adopted by me, while the emails' flooding doesn't stop. Then, I am doing as I told in the emails' client, not at a web page.
Did you understand why New Orleans? -

New Orleans was flooded some years ago by Mississippi river or Missouri, I guess, and this was very much highlighted through TV. When emails of Forum started to do the same to me, this was the first remembrance that occurred to me.

Oh, I, me, myself, when I started to post in English, I thought that
the lenght of my writings would go to diminish drastically, due to the scarceness of vocabulary and practice. Let me turn again to the old and good "Portuga", this is not helping nothing for I talk less. -

Rodrigo used the same expression than me: flooding. I am not alone about the feeling that this impact has caused. I, Rodrigo and New orleans.

Rigorously, I would have to post this in other topic, inside this same category. However, a little detour could perhaps be tolerated.
Then, I ask: There are many resources of posting in F贸rum that are out of my reach. I have seen messages containing images, like Rodrigo did at his "flooding". How is this done? In my Opera this was under my dominion. Would it be needed become a member of "avatar with gravata?":D Or of disqus or similar name?
Still within the matter, I see many precariousness to handling my posts. For instance, for access my account, or my profile. When I hover the icon for make login, a black small box appears with illegible words, these also very small, almost as black as the box, I need guess what is there written. I needed clicking to see what happens. Now I already learnt by heart. Except to sign out. This is "illuminated" when I hover and the words become white. Similar difficulties to edit posts and so on.
I believe it's due to my old OS. Maybe to other factors, too. Like the category of inscription in which I am included.
But, stay clear, I am not complaining, I am wanting know. -

I get these messages through Opera Mail connected to the browser. It could be the difference?

Some days ago I created a new issue in the forum in Portuguese language. I wrote the title in capital letters. The roof came down. I confess I had a great surprise. In the same forum when it was in My Opera, I had the most varied resources to manage titles, texts and so on. I always wrote my titles, at all past times,in capital letters, at that place. Never nobody placed any commentary, observation, or called my attention for this procedure. This is the reason of my surprise.
It was pointed to me that this would be a rule existent in Internet since it began. Why, then, in My Opera, this procedure was accepted and, even, it was stimulated through the ample resources offered?
Maybe, due the integrations of the regional Forums, and changes in the rules of making discussions, this procedure became more imposed. Indeed, following this, I took care of reading more accurately the rules. In fact, this now is, somehow, placed there.
Prior, I didn't put excessive attention, because I had traversed three years in My Opera, with several posts and even some creations of topics, and I don't remember any observation to me regarding this issue.
With the unfoldment of the issue, it was spoken till in admonitions, and further, banishment. I didn't follow forward in the topic in which all this occurred, because it was not the appropriated place, and, then, I didn't feel so hurt, and I had opted for the silence. But this was being changed.
As time was passing, I felt my sensibility increase due to this, and I thought in cancel my account. And, in fact, I until did it. For two days, it was canceled.
When I did this in the appropriate place, exists a note saying that if I regretted of the inscription, I could undo, by clicking at one application proper to this. Written in very dry and rough terms. I did.
The message of farewell, however, was specially friendly even sentimental. But it was already done.
It was sent me an e-mail, saying that I had seven days for undo the action and a link for the case. I clicked to see, by curiosity, how it would be done, imagining that I would have to fullfill a long serie of reinscriptions.
Then, another surprise! I was quickly accepted back, only by clicking. And in so warm and affable words, that I resolved to reconsider and try for more a while. -

It was just explained that depending on where (on the internet) you do this (post in all caps) you may get from a simple warning to a ban.

The variety of features (bold, underline, color, font sizes and colours, italics, emoticons ...). If all these things exist and are offered, this is to be applied, at least in my view. In short, stimulate not get a weave without ornaments.
At the web I have no qualities that could lead me intend to write or post in ambits that demand such observances. If I had these requirements, certainly I would have a precedent formation that would guide me. Even in the forum, if I had known of rules, or manners imposed by consenses, I would not to affront them.
I can always do not agree even with laws, but if I fall in their spheres, I have to obey. But, innerly, I continue not agreeing, although fulfiling.
