@rodiomg7real If you don't remember have enabled it, then probably it wasn't.
You can check in sync.opera.com if there is any data.

@leocg I had a similar problem, so can you explain further about this old profile directory?

@leocg I found another forum thread where you answered my exact dilemma precisely, and it came down to me having reset my passphrase thereby losing all the passwords irreversibly. So, I was lucky the Opera on my phone didn't wipe its unsynced passes at least. I have to start pretty much from scratch.

@leocg now, of course I don't due to an error on Opera's side, 18 months ago I was one of those who found with each new update the sync option had to be reinstated across each device you synced. I did that today before the computer reset, so I know I did all the things I was meant to do.
Sadly, the sync option not only says that it is actually not a clickable button, I cannot access sync to restart it syncing even now.
On any device. So a solution is required or what is the point of having a button that is u-pressable, leading to an attribute that doesn't work randomly for unknown reasons -- should I say, works intermittently?
...But in my case when I am already in crisis, like now, big workload, comp needs a reset. Yikes, where are my passwords and bookmarks?
