Can't login on Xfinity

I have login been trying to solve login issues with Xfinity.com for several days. When I enter my user name, email or phone number, I immediately receive an access denied error message. I can successfully login on Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Any help will be appreciated.

@mobiletony2 If uou are using the VPN, turn it off. They may be looking at the IP address and saying "We don't have any users there".

It sounds like the issue is browser-specific. Here are some steps to resolve it:
Clear Cache and Cookies: Go to your browser settings, clear the cache and cookies, and try logging in again.
Disable Extensions: Temporarily disable any browser extensions, especially ad blockers or VPNs, that might interfere with the login process.
Check Browser Settings: Ensure JavaScript is enabled and that cookies are not being blocked.
Try Incognito Mode: Open the browser in incognito/private mode and attempt the login.Update Your Browser: Make sure your browser is up to date with the latest version.
Switch Browsers: Since you can log in using Chrome and Edge, consider continuing with one of them until the issue is resolved.

@georgehenry667 Thanks for the suggestions. Tried all of the steps. Xfinity is supposedly working on it. Will use alternate browser in the meantime but I prefer Opera.

@mobiletony2 The site supports Opera? It may be that the login page is blocking Opera.

@mobiletony2 I have been fighting this issue on and off for the last month or so and I tried turning on the VPN today and it allowed me to sign in. It won't hurt anything to try and hopefully this helps you.

@mobiletony2 Not a problem, I also found that you can turn it off right after signing in if you don't want it to be on. I haven't signed back out yet to see if its permanently fixed though.
