Unable to reach the site cinelandia.it

I'm on the latest version of Opera, on Windows 11.
I have problems with this web address:
https://www.cinelandia.it/home.html
Opera tells me the site is unreachable, if I try with other browsers the site is reached....Opera reaches all the other sites without problems, except this one, why?

ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED
But I don't know if it matters...

@daspen126 Have you VPN enabled? If yes, can Opera open this site with VPN disabled?

@donq Yes, with the VPN disabled the site can be reached, too bad because I needed the VPN....
