In the video presented, things are looking great, but the creator probably didn't bother to mention that the conditions must be met for this extension to work. It doesn't work for me at all, I installed it in different ways, many times, even on a freshly reinstalled browser. This may or may not depend on the sound card - another extension did this job perfectly, but has an uglier interface. Too bad, practice counts, so I'll use the other one anyway. I don't know what's going on here.

I do not recommend it, the chance that the extension will work for you is 50%. Because it either works or it doesn't.

Works fine, though I couldn't get it to work on Youtube Music, it just says "Videos not found".

So far it's good. No excess noise, and it boosts the sound just as it advertises. If at some point it fails or I decide to delete the extension, I will edit my post.
