[Duplicated]My Opera tabs and Bookmarks won't sync across computers.

Before you say it: Yes, I am logged into both computers, and both have Data being synchronized.
Tabs, favorites and other important websites, notes and history are not moving over from one machine to another, severely hindering my attempts to continue work from one office across to another.
I'd appreciate some help here: since Opera doesn't offer direct "open ticket" support or replies by email, can someone here in the forums do me the kind service of explaining what is going on?
How can I get everything that Syncs to actually appear across several machines, please?

@boxleitner So you don't see opened tabs from other installations when you click on the tabs icon in sidebar or go to opera://activity?
Also, there are only local bookmarks in opera://bookmarks?
What notes?
Only typed history is synced and it shows up when you start typing in address bar. It isn't happening?

@leocg Correct: Favorites and previously opened windows on one machine do NOT appear on another when I close Opera and shut down the first computer and Start up and load Opera on the other.

I am noticing this same issue with Bookmarks, but I haven't been looking for tab history or anything. But no matter how many times I close and restart Opera, recent changes are not syncing between my two machines. I am verifying that I am logged into the same account on both, and the syncing is enabled for everything.

@chris-in-eugene I am running Opera One version 111.0.5168.25 on arm64, which I just updated to today, and the problem persists.
