Opera not starting in private mode

I am using Opera (110.0.5130.49) on Windows 10 and since a couple of months (maybe around 3) every time I right click from task bar to open a private window, it won't load and freezes till i forced quit, but when I open Opera (regular window/card) first and create a new private window after that, it works without any problems.
I remember that this issue was not present at the begging of this year and started occurring maybe around March this year. For months I hoped that other updates would fix this issue, but unfortunately it still persists.
How can it be fixed ?

@leocg I also have Chrome installed and when I right click from task bar to open a private window it starts without any problems

@leocg I installed Opera GX and it is not having such a problem there. Is it a common issue?
Is someone also facing this problem only with regular Opera (Opera One) ?
