@higuu12345 You'd need to download an older version, as current versions of Chromium (whibh Opera is based on) no longer support Windows 8.x. Not impossible, but we'll need to figure out the last version that did and of course it won't be up to date (that is, won't have all the latest security fixes).

@higuu12345 Go to https://www.opera.com/download, scroll down until you findo Opera 95 section, expand it and download it.
Opera 95 was the last Opera version with support for Windows 8.1
