im beeing hacked and can only stay here on opera forum or i lose control, had to turn off my phone, they tooken over my email, and my ip keeps changing.

@theodoroo143 If you use wi-fi, then your IP will be whatever location you're in. For example, when I go to Wal-Mart websites think I'm in Arkansas. Even without using wi-fi, your IP can change (though only to addresses owned by your service provider),
