Add to Speed Dial not working

What happens when you try to do that?

I cant's simple. I click on + to add a new URL shortcut. Add Speed dial appears. I paste in the URL and press return. Nothing happens.

@forestlover It happens after updating to 81 version?
There should be some 'improvements' related to the speed dial creation according to the changelog.

But here I see only 'Add site' button on top of the opened blank page, no confirmation buttons or similar. I don't understand what improvements were made. Fortunately, I usually use the 3 dots menu when web site is opened to add the site to speed dial. -

@forestlover Just checked and it seems that I could confirm the problem.
If you type the address and press return (here it's a search button) the address is add, but if you paste the address, nothing happens.
To add an address by pasting it you need to click on the + next to it

Thanks everyone. The "+" may not work but the three dots on the webpage does, so I will use that method from now on.
