I'm using Opera version 107.0.5045.21 on XUbuntu 23.10
Since the last update, closing the last tab closes Opera. Previously, Opera opened a Speed ​​Dial tab.
How can we find this behavior because unlike most people, I prefer this behavior.

The new version version: 107.0.5045.36 has resolved this bug.
