<![CDATA[Last Tabs feature]]>Good morning,

I'm using Opera version 107.0.5045.21 on XUbuntu 23.10
Since the last update, closing the last tab closes Opera. Previously, Opera opened a Speed Dial tab.
How can we find this behavior because unlike most people, I prefer this behavior.
