WHY is the Bookmark import grayed out.
It must be enabled after you have imported your Opera Presto profile.
No bookmark tool bar.
You can enable bookmarks bar on settings > User Interface.
Default font to small.
UI or web sites? If websites, you can change minimum font size on settings > Websites > Display.
ZOOM not permanent
Zoom is per site afaik.
Default search page not Bing.
You can change it on settings > Search > Manage Search Engine

Bookmarktoolbar: Open
opera://flags/#quick-access-bar
and Enable.Presto profile: On the commandline you can import oldprofile from Opera 12 into Opera 20.
Call Operas lauchner in DOS box with
launcher.exe --presto-small-prefs-dir="%APPDATA%\Opera\Opera"

To enable the bookmarks bar do not go to opera://flags, the setting is not there anymore. It was already moved to Opera menu → Settings, under user interface.

"Presto profile" is the nickname of the folder where all your bookmarks and personal settings are stored. You can find its location in the Opera menu/help → About Opera. Please check this thread for the explanation and instructions on how to import your bookmarks from a previous Opera installation:
http://forums.opera.com/topic/1196/how-do-i-import-my-opera-bookmarksA good example of how your command should look like is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera\launcher.exe" --presto-small-prefs-dir="%APPDATA%\Roaming\Opera\Opera"

@rafaelluik
In your case a good example of how your command should look like is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera\launcher.exe" --presto-small-prefs-dir="C:\Users\YourWindowsUser\AppData\Roaming\Opera\Opera"
Well, you are a mentalist, knowing which Windows is used and where the Applicationdata resides? Never! Sorry.
The envireonment variable %APPDATA% is the right and only thing to get the correct directory for the loggedin user.

Version 20 has Speed Dial as the bookmarks/folders default now; but you can easily get the "Bookmarks Extension" that is the old style.
•Pull down the menu in upper left
•Click "Get extensions"
•Search "Bookmarks Manager"
•Click Install
•This puts a bookmark icon in the upper right of the browser
•Click "Import/Backup
•Choose your saved bookmark.html file -

falconep, Thanks! I just started Opera with the 20 version so I had no prior version w/Presto profile. Your easy to follow instructions were simple enough that I could relay them to a friend over the phone....w/SUCCESS! For us both! Thanks again!
