•Pull down the menu in upper left<br />
•Click "Get extensions"<br />
•Search "Bookmarks Manager"<br />
•Click Install<br />
•This puts a bookmark icon in the upper right of the browser<br />
•Click "Import/Backup<br />
•Choose your saved bookmark.html file</p>

It was already moved to Opera menu → Settings, under user interface.</p>
