when you install a app as system app, the app can not be uninstalled and works with full potential

I do not know exacly, but for opera I do not believe that it will make difference if opera is installed as system app or not.

I guess it is that too.
I tried to convert Opera to system app but it does not work.

No, it doesn't get any special privileges. What gives access to everything is root permission (which the app needs to be programed to request), placing an app in the system apps folder does nothing that I know of. I really don't know what the OP is aiming with this...

I know it does not change anything, I love Opera I would like to have it in a way that I could not uninstall.

But if you don't uninstall it, then it won't get uninstalled. So, just don't uninstall it. Is someone forcing you to uninstall it? Why?

There is no one forcing me to uninstall it, it is just something that I wanted, now I will unroot my phone.
