try link2sd app.. if ur phn is rooted u can convert any app to system app but some apps may misbehave and maynot work properly

Once I tried to convert Opera to system app but the app does not open

What gives access to everything is root permission (which the app needs to be programed to request), placing an app in the system apps folder does nothing that I know of. I really don't know what the OP is aiming with this...
