I'm worried that the extention here in the Opera store is not updated as regularly as on the other stores. For example, at the time this comment was written, there's already v2.0.13 available while here only v2.0.7 (which is from September 2018) is available.

@freeker47: I'm hereby letting you know that this is outside of my control. Version 2.0.9 has the submission status of "awaiting moderation" ever since October of last year.

@freeker47: Thanks for your patience! The situation has been resolved, and Opera Software has taken steps to prevent future delays.

This extension is a must have if you value defending your privacy against BigTech. @SYNZVATO is the "real deal", he is a dedicated privacy advocate - he's not a business that betrays its users in the way that e.g. Brave browser betrays its users to google (look into--> google fonts).
Here is a very meaningful example: when Micro$oft bought github, SYNZVATO left github. This guy deserves more recognition. He is a true pioneer.
I always install this and uBO on every browser. Thank you, Thomas, for expending the effort needed to make this available on Opera.

@av307: Decentraleyes doesn't just block the original, it also substitutes the javascript that was blocked. So you don't lose the functionality that the javascript provides. You get an identical copy from Decentraleyes, but nothing from google. So google can't track you.
Whenever google provides any "free and helpful" stuff to you, that's really a spying tracker.

Thank you for providing this! It is nice to know there are good people out there trying to do as much as they can to keep prying eyes out of information they shouldn't be privy to for free.
