I get this::
"Access denied
Error 15
www.aetna.com
2023-09-12 01:07:40 UTC
What happened?
This request was blocked by our security service
Your IP: 136.56.8.46
Proxy IP: 45.223.17.220 (ID 10210-100)
Incident ID: 210000840213485238-261219777812501768"I can login using Chrome, but not Edge
Any help appreciated, I am not using a proxy, if I am inadvertently, how to I stop this??

@leocg Thanks for the reply, this just happened tonight, and I have sent them a message, will see what they say. For all I know it may be cleared up in a day or so, if others are having this trouble.
What interests me, Leo, if why they have a proxy IP listed. I looked up that IP, this is what I get::
"IP data
IP address 45.223.17.220
Type IPv4
Address space Public
Reverse DNS hostname N/A
Organization Incapsula Inc"Turns out Incapsula is a security cloud service, probably used by Aetna

@bbildman They mention various possible solutions like checking date and time, disable firewall/antivirus, changing system settings, etc
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1400980 (That one mentions the same site)

@leocg Thank you so much for responding, Leo.
Couple more observations/questions:: My wife's laptop with Opera and Chrome installed both do the same thing. Opera's Aetna try to open the login page gives the same Access Denied response; Chrome allows the signin to go forward. In the light of this, if this is a Windows issue, why then does Chrome work and Opera not?? I think that if this is a setting within the Windows 7 framework, Chrome would also be prevented from accessing the login Aetna page.
Thoughts??

@leocg Obviously then, it is blocking Edge also. But the latest version of Chrome I can use with my Win 7 is the 109 Version, same as Opera.
And I DID get a reply from Aetna that informed my to get in touch with their E-Tech team...that's a start.
In the meantime, I will see about an extension that will change my user agent, I did it within Opera, using developer tools, but after I opened the tools menu on the right half of the screen and changed the agent, I can't figure out how to make it permanent after closing the developer tool menu, maybe you can help me with that??
O well.

@leocg said in Access Denied Web Page:
@bbildman Then the site is blocking Opera.
Leo, if you can do me a favor::
Please try to access this page (using Opera and Windows 10 or above - you MAY need to validate "I am not a robot" but it will then take you to this::
Normally you should get this (I am using Opera 95 with Chrome User Agent String and Windows 7)::
I get this though (using Opera 95 and Windows 7)::
I'm trying to ascertain if this is an Opera 95 problem USING Windows 7 - or if the issue disappears using Windows 10 and above USING Opera.
