@leocg Yes, android is open source. Others are using it. Since I am not into that technical aspect, your team needs to look into this. But it is possible. Why dont you check those apps and see what I am saying?

can you link me to press releases or your company's own post so that I can check who was first and second?

@forestworker90 We are talking about desktops here. In Opera for Android you can select a text and ask for it to be read in loud voice.

@forestworker90 And I'm using since there isn't even a mobile version.
Opera used to fit in a floppy disk when I started using it.

@leocg Today opera is surviving because and only on chromium engine so if chrome stops providing updates or features, then I dont know what will to other chromium browsers. I asked brave and vivaldi same question. Brave said we have a team and growing to make it different and trying to be standalone. For vivaldi, I have got no answers but constant forms with questions of which browser will you use if vivaldi closes down. I said Opera. But then you arent giving me hope. Give me dope, instead.

@leocg I havent talked about this bug or feature.
The visibility of the scrolling bar is gone for good. This is same in chrome, brave, edge and vivaldi and now in opera. I dont see anything different here.
Do you see scrolling bar or not? I cant.
Make a better scroll bar.

@forestworker90 Totally off-topic here, but just highlight a text and in the pop-up that shows up click on the three dots. The option is there.

You can say that for every single Chromium based browser. If Chromium stops to be developed, all of them would need to adopt a new engine.

@forestworker90 Maybe it's depend on Android version? Open a topic in Opera for Android area to discuss it.

After the first GRMBL!!! after all content of my workspaces from the previous opera version were gone, it since has worked as a breeze and I'm happy I didn't go back to chrome out of frustration...
Good, every once in a while, to hear some good news, isn't it? -
