I'm in Poland and it says that not available in my region, but in FAQ there is no restrictions for Poland.

Same here, also in the US. I noticed the VPN was enabled by default in Opera, but i turned that off (and cleared cache etc) but still seeing the error.

I have the same issue, in USA. I tried disabling Opera VPN but it didn't help.
