@towingnyc there is no "remember password" option for logging into my Opera account (not a website, but turning on Sync within the browser itself).

Having same issue on Samsung A32 (constantly) and Chromebook (occasionally). Only fixes I can find online are excessively technical for such a basic issue, and involve labels and controls that aren't replicated in my software. Really annoying as Opera is my preferred browser.

Hi guys, same sh** keeps happening to me in my phone (started on s22 now on S23) but on both my samsung tablets all is fine and dandy..!!
Cannot believe still cannot find a solution to this which happens to me well over a year! -

me too. Last year they still behaved normal. I can synced my Desktop, Mobile, etc -

Oddly, this has stopped happening for me, and my phone stays logged in now

@theosudarja I had to enter my user name and password, and do 3 captchas just to respond to your post. The problem is they are rudely unresponsive, and make sure there is no way to reach them. Its unlikely they bother to monitor this forum; look around and you won't see any replies from them to anyones questions.
I had to post a review at the play store in an attempt to communicate with them, and to get them to acknowledge I existed, but they would only direct me to the same unhelpful FAQ I'd seen before. When I updated it and insisted on getting help with the problem, they had the review removed.
I love this app, and contnue to use it, but I will never recommend it to anyone until they grow up.

@lordofthemoon |I experienced same issue on my phone.
Today I logged in to Opera by email instead of username.
First opera complained there was some mismatch (Probably two accounts linked to one mail adresss?), but now it works. I checked this by restarting my phone. -

Constant log out issues when setting up sync and authenticating for password sync. I just transitioned everything from Chrome to Opera and this is incredibly frustrating after hearing such good things about Opera.

I have Opera on several devices, and I have sync enabled and it is set to sync everything, and on top of that I manually went trough all the settings, and all the options are identical, yet on one of the devices it logs me out of everything every single time I quit Opera. It logs me out of Opera too.
And I did check, I do not have Clear cookies on exit enabled.
This is clearly a bug, and I hope it will get fixed, because forums are full of complains of this particular issue. -

I'm having the same issue since a couple of weeks. On my desktop web browser, Flow and Sync are logging out constantly, sometimes it doesn't last for a single minute logged in. Tried clean installation, but it did not work. Hopefully this gets solved soon. Still love the browser!

@selinazeh I have the same problem opera on my PC keeps logging out but i'm still logged in on my mobile devices but I use flow & its a pain in the butt having to keep reconnecting that too.

Hi All, I have the same problem too. Opera seems to stay logged into my android S10 phone but constantly logs out almost daily on my Windows 10 PC and windows 10 laptop. Has anyone got anywhere near a solution?

January 2024! still the same problem on windows 11. Flow does not work, logs out on its own, synchronization turns off. Is it that complicated?
