Why does the antivirus say that the file is infected?
I reinstalled the opera, the effect is the same.
Are they putting it in that file on purpose? -

@nevashesobachedelo A Heuristic warning is not a real virus. It does something they consider susp8cious, that's all. They probably don't like the updater.

@sgunhouse But why not Malware,RiskTool or Spyware as usual so - namely a Trojan?

@nevashesobachedelo It's a question for the antivirus support to answer.

I'm getting it from today morning. what should I do? just a few minutes ago I got two warnings -

@tahsin2004 Clean the cache and, if it happens again, try to figure out which page is triggering the warning.

@leocg I did clear the cache but it didn't work (I did it manually too but the same result)
now I gotta figure out which site is the culprit
thanks for the advice -

Basically i wanted to install opera gx to try it out but i wanted to check it with virustotal first, and alas i found a lot of weird stuff, so now i would like to ask if anyone knows why the heck are those there?
Everything thats red is considered suspicious or even malicious
There are Tons of files with more than 20 alerts
And let me remind you that all of these come from contacted ips for some reason located in america ( mostly)I also want to know why the heck does opera need to have a roblox jailbreak hack?
I also made sure that i downloaded it from the original site and i checked the file like 4 times so now all i want to know is that why the heck are those all there?

@hexonaty765555 Opera doesn't include any PDF in its original files, no idea why VirusTotal is mentioning that file. What is the location of the file?

@hexonaty765555 And without more details about those alerts, it's very difficult for anyone to even try to say something.

@nevashesobachedelo seems like a false positive to me go to https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload and upload your file there it will tell you if its really a real virus or not

I don't know if it is related to the new avast update. There is no such a thing yesterday, but evening I've update the avast and today here it is.

Hello,
Today every time i want to type something into the search bar, i get this message.
No idea what this is, or how to remove it. The antivirus says that i disabled the tread, but it comes back every time i want to type something in. I did a full scan, but antivirus found nothing.
What do i do ?! -

@juustar Try this and it might fix your issue;
Go to avast settings and select "Exceptions"
Type https://suggestions.opera-api2.com/
This will definitly help you. I checked if there's really a virus and no there's nothing.
