@leocg I have no idea. When opera GX appeared in Poland, a few months later I installed it and immediately set up an account and turned on synchronization. For the first time since then, I reinstalled it and wanted to restore my data from the browser again.

i logged in to my account, went to the options for importing saved data, entered the encryption password and nothing imported. I went to my account under "View your synced data" and there is nothing there.

@leocg In such an interesting case, because from the moment I installed opera gx, i.e. about 2.5 years, I had the same account and synchronization turned on. Why then was nothing saved to my account?

I don't know if they were on this page, which I give because I visited it only a few times in my life. I've never used them because I don't need to. I logged in from my browser settings and turned on sync. After installing it, I logged into my account and was asked for a password to encrypt my saved data. I had a problem for some time because I did not know what the password was and I tried to change it, but the only option it showed me was to erase all data in a situation where I am unable to remember this password. After what time I was able to log in using the encryption password and I was surprised because nothing was imported for me. I didn't wipe my data, I didn't change anything.
