Top left Opera icon missing

Ever since the last two updates the icon in my browser is missing from the top left corner each time I launch the browser. It reappears when I minimize and maximize but out of alignment.

How do I fix this?

@papazachos Happened here too, looks like a bug in the latest version.

Same issue here. Seems to change depending on left side toolbar is auto hide or not.
