        How it's not working?

Note that Opera will only show the page as secure if it is really secure. If not, the page will be shown as unsecure even if it starts with https.

It's doing it to pages that should be secure, as in my email, youtube, etc. Am I allowed to post screenshots?

If you click on the badge and then on "details", what it says?

Am I allowed to post screenshots?

Don't know if it is working, but the code should be: ![alt text](/path/to/img.jpg "Title")

You can also host the image on a public host and post the link here.

It says that the page contais unsecure elements, that's the reason for it to be shown as not secure.

Probably something in the page links to a unsecure server/page.

It's outlook.com. There's several other sites doing it as well

Probably all of them have unsecure content, but you'll need to check one by one to see what is the reason for them to show as unsecure.

Have you re-entered mail.live.com or just closed the message panel?

This is a new security feature of Opera 20. The broken padlock symbol is new to make you aware of content that's not loaded via https although you are using an https-connection.
There's nothing broken about it. It's just a new information.
