Opera Downgrade

Downloading an older version from here >> https://get.geo.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/
just installing over the old version over the current Opera, will it downgrade ok the browser?
Or it's mandatory to uninstall and reinstall the desired version?

@steaua10 Yes, until the auto-updater install the newest version.

@cablesix If you don't block/prevent the auto-update, if you install a previous version, that version will be used until Opera automatically updates to the current one.
