Opera plays a Video in a Tab where no video is

Opera random plays videos in the backround, from any kind of tab... For example on the screenshot, it plays a video (The Vlog thing you see in the left corner) from my Server-Interface... How is that possible?

@neomeen And from where you got that player that appears in the image? Doesn't seem to be something from Opera.

If the audio you hear from the video is always from a Youtube video, check your liked videos and watch history on Youtube to see if you have any weird videos that you didn't like or watch in there. If so, you might be experiencing this issue.
