Everyday now and I mean everyday Opera adds an advert link to my speed dial which I delete everyday for Voxi mobile
Its got to the point now where I've also informed Voxi that I will Never be a customer due to this, well its harassment and an infringement on our privacy, if you want people moving to Vivaldi you are going about it the right way

@leocg So you are saying Opera will continue adding to our speed dials no matter what and the only way to stop it is by changing browsers?

@salfordian I'm just remembering that the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, to which you agreed when installed Opera, say that they can do that.
And have to remove a couple of promoted Speed Dials is a kinda low price to pay.

@salfordian Actually I think Vivaldi does do this, but not as persistently (or irritatingly) as Opera. There are certainly items on my Vivaldi speed dial that I didn't put there. I know it kind of defeats the object but you can switch speed dial off, and just use bookmarks, which I think I'm going to do.
