this issue is making it really annoying to use my laptop and i basically cant use opera if i turn the limiter on so i have no idea why this is happening

@neonnlightt Uploads are limited to something like 1 MB, if you have a large screen you should cut out or blank the parts not related to your question - or use an outside host.
