change 12 to 24 hour time

i see that in Opera's browser history the time stamps for website are of 12 hour format so example 00:00 is 12 am and 23:00 is 11: pm

How can i change it to 24 hour where or normal time

Note this has nothing to do with time zones

@occcams5 Opera follows your system settings as far as I know.

@leocg This isn't true. My system uses the 24 hour clock, and Opera almost never follows it.
