<![CDATA[change 12 to 24 hour time]]>i see that in Opera's browser history the time stamps for website are of 12 hour format so example 00:00 is 12 am and 23:00 is 11: pm

How can i change it to 24 hour where or normal time

Note this has nothing to do with time zones

My system uses the 24 hour clock, and Opera almost never follows it.
