Got opera vpn subscription but service never worked

Hi all we got the opera yearly subscription but it never worked and they took the cash from our account. any ideas what i do now...thank you

Could you be more specific? You couldn't download it or couldn't install it or couldn't enable it or it wouldn't connect?

@burnout426 we paid the yearly subscription and had the 7 day trial. but after the 7 day trial it would not work so i cancelled the subscription. its seems very hard to contact them..
they took the money from our account after i had cancelled. -

@sam1973 You do not need to register anywhere to be able to contact VPN Pro team. You can send us an email or contact us by chat simply by clicking the blue Support button in the lower-right corner of our support website: https://support-vpn-pro.opera.com/hc/en-us
Try typing something in the search box and clicking enter in order for the “Live chat” button to appear. -

@sam1973 you should be able to reach support on https://support-vpn-pro.opera.com/hc/en-us options to submit request or start a chat shouldn't require you to register
