I using last Opera 19
How to resore password to another user account / fresh install system ?
Copying itself does not help

The password file is encrypted to the user account, it can only be decrypted by the same user account on the same machine. So if you have both Opera 19 and Opera Next 20 on the same machine, you could transfer logins there. But another user account on the same machine, or any account on a different machine - forget it.

My suspicions is correct.
Hmm I see two solution
1. Copy SID - very problematic
2. Write extension export - import

Maybe someone in dev. team answer.
When Opera sync password ?
