Search results in Google loading slowly

Hello everyone, google search engine search results are loading late but other. is there any solution?

Hello to everyone. google search engine search results are loading late but others are working normally. Let me explain how I decided; every time I do a search, the black screen comes first, but when the mouse cursor is hovered over clickable objects (randomly), it becomes clickable. 3 or 4 seconds after searching results are listed
Methods I tried:

1. I removed all ad blockers and the problem did not go away
   I uninstalled and reinstalled the second opera, but it still didn't work.
2. When I change the search engine in the browser settings (yandex for example), the problem is fixed
   but i want to use google how can i fix this problem? thanks for your answers

I'm also having this problem. Is there any solution for this?
