Another alternative is the old FTP site (though it works fine with HTTPS). The latest Windows versions would be here (select either the 32-bit or 64-bit installer as appropriate).

I know that Russia banned VPNs from being placed in the browser, but I'm from Ukraine. I've been installing portable versions for over a year, now I can't directly install the USB version, in USB version from "full installer" can't use a VPN. I don't understand what happened

@snorlaxy Depending on where you are, the VPN may not be available.

@leocg Predicting this argument, I decided to write where I am first. A week ago, when downloading official installer, it was, now it's not. Is there any official information about this with a list of countries or locations?
