Stop constantly asking if I want to open a link

Since (I guess) the last release, opera constantly asks "an external program wants to launch https://[whatever-site]. Do you want to allow that?" when opening links from external programs. The "don't show again" option does not seem to do anything.

@tabmow Go to settings page and disable it.

Or more precisely - Ask me when Opera is started by a shortcut specifying an URL.
