Silent Uninstall Switch

Hi Everyone,
as someone already brought to attention, the silent uninstall stopped working a while ago (https://forums.opera.com/topic/52484/solved-silent-uninstall-is-no-longer-working). Has there been any updates to this?
For our business and software-deployment, the option to silently uninstall any give program is essential. Will this feature be added again, or is it maybe already added again as a different switch?
Kind regards

If it's still not working, I would assume it's still intentional that it's not. Not sure of any plans to change that. @gmiazga

I´m pretty sure its intentional. But i really can´t wrap my head around the reason for it. For businesses however this is pretty bad and will most likely force us to replace opera at some point

I third this, for a business with over 7,000 people we need to be able to force an uninstall or even and install upon users with any interaction...

Silent Uninstall really needs to be re-implemented, having a pop-up on a customer computer when you're running a uninstall remotely is unacceptable.
This will make us recommend other browsers to customers.
Please rethink this.

@dwaderich Considering that all my Tickets with their support have been swiftly ingored...i would say that there are no plans to bring it back any time soon.
We started to drop Opera from our devices.

@dwaderich Hey. I don´t think there is anything new on this topic. We just threw ppera out of our deployment and uninstalled it from all Clients.

Adding to this thread in hopes Opera devs consider community feedback. Our multi-campus institution will not be able to support or offer this product as a result of Opera not supporting silent uninstall parameters. Modern enterprise deployment methods require these features. Not being able to reach clients in the private, public, and academic sectors is the implication of this decision.

Im assuming there is no further info on this?
Is this same for opera gx - a number of our users have installed and now needs removing.
It will now be blocked , same for opera if uninstall is not an option. -

When will silent install work again?
If it's not fixed we will remove it from all computers in the company.
