@gmiazga any plans to re-introduce?

Starting with v80.0.4170.72 the /silent switch no longer seems to be working.

Previous working command
"C:\Program Files\Opera\Launcher.exe" /uninstall /silent /norestart

This command works, but is not silent.
"C:\Program Files\Opera\Launcher.exe" /uninstall /runimmediately /norestart

I've been unable to find any install log files to try to troubleshoot.

@gmiazga Following up on this thread again to see if there is any update on reevaluating a silent switch. If a silent switch is out, can we at least get an option to skip the uninstall survey?

I second this. The silent switch is a must.

"C:\Program Files\Opera\81.0.4196.31\opera.exe" /uninstall /silent /norestart and "C:\Program Files\Opera\81.0.4196.31\installer.exe" /uninstall /silent /norestart both failed. i also tried removing to the /nerestart to make sure that wasn't causing any issues.

is there a way to have to installer generate a log file?

yes, other chromium browsers install/uninstall fine
