Being logged out from sites

Just to double-check, goto the URL opera://settings/cookies. You are sure "Clear cookies and site data when you quit Opera" is not enabled?

Are you using Opera Sync?

Do you get logged out of other sites besides Youtube/Gmail and Facebook?

What OS?

I got the problem that my opera GX doesnt save my accounts.
For example i have to allways log into my twitch/google account again after restarting the browser has anyone else experienced this issue and knows how to fix it?

@porolife Usually means something is deleting cookies, either you've set Opera to throw away cookies on exit or some external program is deleting them. One such program would be CCleaner - if you use that then clear the setting for removing cookies.

Every time I close the browser and open my telegram, my google account, everything I have to login again (even the quick login information is saved), I had this problem, then I just formatted my notebook to delete all files and also thought it would solve the problem without much effort but still having problem, what to do?

@ramstercha Login status is controlled by cookies. Either you've set GX to throw away cookies on exit, or some external program is having the same effect.

@sgunhouse It didn't work...it still loggin out by itself. I tried to change de Cookies settings on my Opera (Just opera keeps loggin out) but it didn't work.

@burnout426 So i have the same problem, i using opera sync, yes i get logged. out from another sides (except whatsapp web in the sidebar work fine) even i get logged out of my opera account everytime. this only happend in my Macbook pro ventura, i have 2 computers whit win10 and work fine. so idk if anyone have an answer plss tell me.

@sgunhouse this setting is turned off yet it still signs me out of literally every website, even opera itself, when I quit opera. I haven't got opera GX set as my default browser, is that why it's doing this? I have no other clue why it's doing this. I'm on a mac, and it saves my browsing history/extensions, but logs me out of every website.

@radon524 There is an issue on Macs with Opera and the Keychain. Look at posts in the Opera for Mac forum for a solution.
